With one location in the U.S. and two in Canada, Eddie Bauer's fulfillment and customer call center operations are a vital part of the success of Eddie Bauer. We operate a 2.2 million square foot catalog and retail distribution center in Groveport, Ohio and 100,000 square foot retail distribution center in Vaughan, Ontario. Our customer service center - in Saint John, New Brunswick - handles catalog and Internet orders, as well as customer service issues.
We employ over 500 people in Groveport, more than 20 in Vaughan, and approximately 350 in Saint John, with additional employees added during the Holiday season. We mainly hire front line associates for our call and distribution centers.
